I agree with above comments that a property manager needs to be properly licensed and have a signed management agreement with the owner of the property. 

Amy, can you flush out your comments in more detail as I think it will be a good reference for others with the same idea as Harinath. 

I can't comment just yet because I'm not completely up and running but they have had the best support out of anything I've tried before.

As the others have commented, I would look into a U.S. real estate syndication.

I can't really think of any off the top of my head besides utilities, but if you have specific examples I can try and comment more on it. 

They commented that they were indeed interested in selling the park.

Additionally, you make no mention of transitioning to MTR the tax year following  when a cost segregation was done.Your comments?
