I read a lot of stuff about using oil vs latex and not being able to come to a solid conclusion was one of the several reasons I just replaced the siding.

Another good aspect is this would be about a 2 minute drive from the interstate which is a big deal with so many people living in Bismarck/Mandan and commuting to the oil fields.I realize this is going to be a tight deal because I am financing 100% of this but with all this said, do you think this is a fesable project?

They're not going to let that happen though.I think precious metals and oil could rise more due to further monetary stimulus but.....it all depends on where the economy goes from here.

Now that many homes here are heated by gas, there is a concern that the previous owner failed to remove or decommission (fill with sand) the ust (underground oil tank) leaving a leaking UST that is contaminating the soil.

I don't want to rely on that, since I know appraisers in our area have been conservative of late and think this is a good enough deal to burn some more midnight oil on to find other methods of funding.
