The demand for vacation rentals in places like Destin, 30A, and Panama City Beach remains strong.

We are in the top 10 fastest growing big cities right now, so families and singles are constantly flying in to check out the area.Raleigh allows short term rentals if you apply for a license.

Waco Texas is a known city that has a very good Private College, Baylor University.

Then later on purchase homes with cash (single family homes), I would like to learn how to read the market and know where a state or city is thriving but also learn where it's not.
