Every one keeps talking of global warming; EV industry keeps talking of green energy when electricity is generated by n large using fossil fuels, n no of startups keep claiming solutions to reducing carbon footprints with Building designs which are adherence to compliance and essential environmental standards.

Some obvious ones that stick out to me are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors but how many and where and what else is required before legally renting out a unit.

If the property were offering "green" amenities and you showed how these systems work well for the renter and the environment, you can probably charge a little more and get more environmentally conscious guests. you could include stats too to show to the low carbon footprint of their stay. 

The receipt book has carbon copy and numbered receipts.

@John Carbone I definitely have not been in the STR business as long as @Collin H. so I don't doubt about what happened with rental rates during those times.
