Things like, do we transfer the money to my LLC as a loan and build an operating agreement that specifies the payout terms and covers possible outcomes like having to rent the property.Do we purchase the home under an individual LLC(ie. 123 Candy Lane, LLC).Any help would be appreciated.Josh

If they just threw up drywall and put in new countertops and made the "eye candy" look good then it's not a gut redo.

This lady didn't really understand Airbnb and would take awhile to get up to speed on refreshing toilet paper, candy bowl, etc.Kleenerly, an Airbnb service, is $110 for this house.

I went to the property today to drop off welcome letters- including when I expect the rent, their contact info, a pre-postage envelop, and some holiday candy.

If you need a computer for your real estate business, then by all means buy a computer, but don't buy it just to play Candy Crush and hope that building your credit will be enough to succeed.I would put a pin in the idea to invest in storage container housing for the time being.
