It’s exciting to hear you’re looking to scale up into larger multifamily investments—financial independence is a fantastic goal, and it sounds like you’re taking the right steps to get there.It’s great that you’re already focused on assembling a team and diving into market analysis.

That said, if you feel you want to go above and beyond, then could could try contacting some of these apartment complexes directly and confirm her story with them but if you can easily find another qualified applicant why would you take on this work and additional risk.

Lastly, they’re going to want a higher interest rate than they can get from the bank for taking the risk.
