My main motivations for getting my license is learning laws relating to Real Estate, access to MLS, access to properties without needing to wait for or bother an agent, the training I would receive for contract writing.. also steps preparing for closing etc.

The space that was supposed to be gained.... if someone bothered sticking to the drawings, would have been a small linen closet. 

Now, I don't know the full situation but she is a good tenant and doesn't bother for much honestly.

They were all above 6% or were commercial and had short terms, adjustable rates and bothered me for my financials every year.  

However, if the swarm is Africanized, then they may be more aggressive than the average bee, in which case this would explain people getting stung that aren't bothering the colony.  

Sounds to me as if they will reject that bid on their own at 121,500 or else why would they bother to lower the list price? 

Money market accounts don't yield enough to be worth bothering with, IMO.

They don't get ownership outright for 3-5 years, but if that bothers them, they can buy you out legitimately right now and get you out of the mortgage.

If not it really wouldn't bother me and I'd let it run it's course.

They may or may not bother to pay the taxes.
