I've seen some good deals pop up lately as builders have been trying to sell inventory that has been sitting. 

I thought builders/contractors etc used other stores outside of the "mainstream." 

Very enthusiastic about getting into RE as a wealth builder but I know that I have much to learn about the process.

Go to a construction site (production home builders--- Toll Brothers, Orleans, KHov) and find the carpet installer.

Maybe new construction from a builder who is willing to sell 5 houses under one closing?

We bought from a builder that was in phase 1 of their development.

As long as everyone is willing participants and they are not being coerced in any way and are willing participants I honestly don't see anything wrong with it, her body, her choice applies here.
