The newer construction is even more expensive (and has even thinner margins for investors).In your example above, that isn't even a low income neighborhood from what I can see.

Here is what he says:"" i got permission to use the restroom , but after restroom i went to my locker to get a sip of my Gatorade as my sugar lever and blood pressure usually drops when under exam pressure.Apparently its against the rules to go to the locker during restroom allowance.This rule apparently was mentioned when u login to the exam and i accepted the rules to be able to start the test.

Sounded like that guy was trying to get a shark to leave him alone by offering it more blood. shamehe did get solid advice here though, probably didn't have the spine to implement it..and the contractor ate him alive.

If you "make" your tenants "fix" the problem, guess what, it won't be done right.Income level makes no difference, if you are a human and you have blood, you can get them.
