I've seen Pace call out bad actors on Zooms and help make things right.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

After they left she called me, they used heat to kill the bedbugs and in doing so they literally melted all of the mini-blinds and the LVP buckled so bad that it all had to be replaced.

It's not a bad idea to use equity to pay off high interest debt but I wouldn't pull cash just to put it an account if you don't really need it for anything right now. 

Most of these 12+ cabins bring in $150K to $300K+ a year so while it sucks to shell out $20K to $35K it shouldn't hurt as bad as if it were the cabins bringing in $30K-$80K a year.

Things have gone from bad to worse.  

Sort of same situation but the home was not in that bad of shape.
