When you do loose one it's a bit costly as most jurisdictions award double or triple damages but a loss is rare.

We can not only accept a partial payment, but can accept the entire payment, and if we have already been awarded possession that has not expired we can evict for any reason.

Looking for some kind of liability insurance she can obtain that will cover us from any twists, keeping in mind that if a child got bit in the face, even accidentally by a confused dog, the lifetime cost a jury might award would be in the millions, I'm sure.Any Ideas?
