So I'm curious to some of the more experience investors here:If there is a huge risk that the 1st will only ask for enough to cover the first in a foreclosure, extinguishing the 2nd, and losing your shirt on the deal, do you typically reinstate the first/property taxes to alleviate the 1st's foreclosure so you initiate and get full value for your note?
