There are always two sides to every story and I think that if you want details you should probably pick up the phone especially if someone has mentioned that they are more than open to have a conversation with you to answer all your questions.

There is a decent amount of 6 unit buildings that you'll see in the area, however not many come up for sale very often.

One of the best places to see what's out there in your area is to check Airbnb AND Pricelabs.
