Hey BP World - I wanted to know if anyone has had any luck with structuring a novation deal in South Carolina.

If something goes south with a guest and Airbnb sees you may have taken communication off platform...whether you did or not...they'll take the side of the guest no matter what.

Add in, that you'll prob have to collect a co-pay from lower income people.Not seeing a big advantage (nor dis-advantage) either way.Steve, back east in the mid west deep south and rust belt  Section 8 pays SUBSTANTIALLY higher than market rents..

States like South Carolina and Pennsylvania have already banned it.

I'm a former CA resident from the south end of the state and now I'm in the Reno, NV market.

Hey Thomas, we're based a little further south and there's a great networking event that Keyrenter puts on in Coral Gables.

And the smaller areas in the south didn't take a dive for a few years later?  

@Ashley Guerra - I live and invest outside of Philadelphia, so I can't comment on your specific markets in central and south Jersey, but can provide my perspective on things to think about to help your decision.1) I would consider speaking to 3-5 people/investors in each market you are considering (central and south Jersey) to listen to their thoughts on pros/cons of the area and how they invest.
