Because those 4 zip codes are probably C areas at best I have just avoided them so I would not be a good source of information for you in this manner unfortunately.

Be VERY careful about using ARV's from unvetted sources. 

similar question - I don't think the deal finder tool is accurate - how are they sourcing the data? 

If you source a property and provide the lead, then offer them a kickback if the deal goes under contract.

@Chris Miller history doesn’t repeat itself, but it does rhyme.I remember 2006, and how the fed was engineering a beautiful soft landing and everything was great and home builder stocks and banks and investment banks were THE stocks to own because all the data was pointing to a rosy future.The only data source you would need is the yield curve.  

This page has been the best source of unbiased feedback and this is limited too.  

EB is great source of renters with solid incomes and I have found that our EB renters seem to prefer our listings in Groton being closer to EB and in some cases walking distance.
