Has anyone invested in any income properties in the Dominican Republic such as Hotels, Apartments, etc.

My family is interested in a specific property in Dominican Republic and want more info on it, but we don’t know the market out there and don’t want to get scammed. 

DON'T use republic bank, I've have them for my HELOC and used to send them for my clients too and then they did some shady stuff that messed up a couple of deals we were working on, and were not that attentive even on my own deal and made it come down to the wire.

I'll most likely miss like 20% year-over-year here in Europe (Czech Republic, France), compared to a non-covid year, which doesn't sound too bad to me, as hotels are having hard times now.Yes, this is one of the moments when I understand why banks are so risk-averse, and how one can still benefit from it.
