@Christopher McGuire As I look into my crystal ball (OK, it's plastic, but it looks good), here's what I see in your future.1 - You sign an agreement for $400/month, and an option agreement for $25,000 to be paid in 5 years, and accept $3000 up front as an option consideration.2 - Over those 5 years, you will have CAPEX that will cost you around $10,000 (I'm assuming a new roof, furnace, HWH, and at least one more larger expense).

It depends on jow much it is, We have used pex out here in N.Cal for the last 3 years and they still dont let you use it in parts of the bay area, if you are going to do the job yourself then then tool you will need will cost more in $ than all the material and time it would probably take you to do it in copper- I like the pex when used with a mana-block ,meaning each run is a home run, otherwise to me it looks like a drip system.I have never seen either fail,but on one job we were at, the mice were eating through the plastic (they could smell the water I guess.)

The highest efficiency furnaces have direct venting which means the exhaust is a plastic pipe that goes out the side of your house.

@Jon Crosby definitely agree, I was very comfortable with one cleaner, very reliable and a great cleaner, Then she needed surgery and I did get a recommendation through a facebook group.

I was going to a Chiropractor and he recommend I had a MRI on my head and sure enough that specialist Doctor found the brain annurism and had me scheduled for surgery on the 22nd of December that was coming up and my regular Doctor had been very impressed with my health for about 30 years.

Unfortunately I have to spend my money on fancy things like heart surgeries and medical bills.The sad fact is a lot of the people I know are in a similar boat.
