No different than when you list a home for sale, anything decreasing your pool of potential buyers (house painted bright pink with orange trim, for example) may or may not decrease what the home sells for.

Hello Everyone,  I thought new year would bring good news but I got the pink slip instead on Friday. 

Then I used the search bar on the main page but most all the forums I found on this topic had members telling other members they would PM them a recommendation.

You want them sending you listings with paint falling off the exterior, horrible yards, dirty carpet, and old kitchens.You should be looking for listings with yellow, pink, or green tile bathrooms.  

Granted, I did live in the pink pepto-bismol mansion on W Onodoga which was cool but it was not a great neighborhood at the time. 

Someone was just shot and killed at a bar on 260th two weeks ago (I realize this could happen anywhere).

Make is an unusually bright color: chartreuse or hot pink.
