The best thing to do is find a friend that does photography as a hobby and has the equipment and knowledge necessary to get good pictures, pay them $50 to take professional grade pictures, and then to edit them for the best layout.

There are a couple Texas tax sale service companies I've checked out that say they provide recent photography of listings, even taking interior pictures through windows when possible.
