I like the North Jefferson County area: Gardendale, Morris, Mount Olive, and a quiet (but outstanding place) Corner. 

Although this is common, I've seen some owners get caught and have fines start mounting up against them since it's not a legal duplex.

One vent was undersized and the furnance should've been mounted higher.
