Cash strapped governments are increasingly targeting developers with fees from many angles.

I appealed also, noting irregularities (missing pictures of attic, water heater strapping) and appraiser was from out of the area, unfamiliar with local values. 

As we get closer to flipping out first property I am curious how mat of you go about finding a good General contractor.

However I suspect there is a rattle snack coiled up under that tempting welcome mat. 

@Mat O'GradyI haven't been privy to that much info, I have just seen the process started as we were contacted to provide info about the transaction in question.

I snaked it, replaced the S-trap and poured acid down the drain to get everything else clear in the pipes.

I kind of figure people get cash strapped for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Years, so I thought to ask this question. 

With that said, my wife and I are strapped by our student loans which have made our financial position tougher than we would prefer.
