I'm going to go there in March and Im thinking of just pulling about 150-175K equity out of my primary I have and paying cash.

We got hit in March and April with Covid and lost $50k in bookings... but within 6 weeks we started booking at a premium as people want to be in the mountains and away from the city.  

The new website with pricing will launch on Monday, March 18 when registration opens!

BPCON2024 will be in Cancun October 6-8th 🎉 We are planning to open registration mid-March.

I believe this is the same for everyone no matter what you are doing especially here in Florida, but the peak season for renting is March-July. 

This will be my 3rd house and I just closed on my second back in March a few weeks ago.

Houses in our area still sell fast and limited inventory and future growth is anticipated to continue marching higher. 

Need the funds by March 31st.Ive never needed this so not sure where to look.

They've probably already paid March's rent, so see if the house is vacant and if you can start showings now and get a tenant in place for April 1. 

I just  opened their March 2023 circular available through their website and while the circular does not offer full addresses for all properties, I gravitated towards zip codes that I am personally active in within the Philadelphia market.
