Another one of the investments, they are currently proposing for us a chance to "save a portion of our original investment," is literally unbelievable.  

Not saying you should do a bad deal, just that literally any property will make a huge difference in your take home pay, I'd be analyzing them differently than you would if you needed the cash flow.

The BIG reason its worth the investment is because they can literally "go back in time"Not only will they report recent and future payments... they can go back FOUR YEARS, so if you've been paying rent for the last 4 years they can report all that history and in 2 weeks you can have 4 years worth of credit.I have seen "Rent Reporters" on multiple credit reports and most of those people have over 700 credit scores...

They literally open till mid-night and full of people. 

I've literally shown hundreds of STR properties and they have supplied me with a P&L maybe 15 times.

Meaning don't just come to a handshake agreement and literally hand them cash and expect it all to be fine.

Thats literally why Im paying them is to deal with that stuff so I dont have to. 

I am pretty much in this same position literally.

Where I am, land is pretty expensive, but the lot I was referring to was literally just a fenced dirt lot.
