The sales rep was saying they guarantee three deals in 90 days or they work for free and not sure if they stand by their word.Thanks  

What does DSCR stand for? 

If you have a hot dog stand and sell hot dogs and can prove revenue then a loan could be possible as you produce something.As an investor, you need a home that can produce something (income) to get a loan against that.

And it stands a "opportunity" of Pyramiding gains via 1031 into securing 3 similar units in market.     

I'm using this potential opportunity as a reason to buy some new tech gear!

However, they're a free software and provide excellent customer support so I still stand by them.
