Can't quite put my finger on the reasons yet.

I appreciate it....This will be my first deal though...and I'm not sure I feel comfortable borrowing against my home.I have a few local banks to call still so fingers crossed.

The first response most residents had if I notified them of a violation was two fold: be pissed off and point fingers at other neighbors who they thought were also violating the rules.

If you are a newbie and jumping in with your fingers crossed, spend the money up front and get an appraisal BEFORE you make an offer SO you are making an INFORMED OFFER!!!

I'll put up the cordless ones on my newest unit and keep my fingers crossed .

If I get some in the end, that's icing on the cake (but Uncle Sam will get his greasy fingers in that icing first lol). 

Now we have our fingers crossed they get signed and we can continue moving forward.

*Update*I have an accepted offer for this house with a close date of June 13 (fingers crosses).

Hard to turn down a chance to earn a 25% return without having to lift a finger.
