California sure is a dreamy place with it's great weather, abundance of sunshine, gorgeous beaches, mountains etc.

How do you find abundance and make the most of what you have in these areas while you pursue real estate investing?  

Yesterday I attended a free seminar put on by "Abundance EDU".

@Jon Kelly, the right agent will have abundant contacts with wholesales and other resources in order to bring you multiple deals to choose from.

The current thought process is to keep the crawl space sealed so it remains the same temp as the home thus preventing temp differences that cause moisture.I am planning on placing some buckets of calcium chloride (ice melt) down in the crawl space to absorb existing moisture during the rehab process but I'm looking for a more practical solution for when I have tenants.

There is so much to learn, and the resources are abundant.

I think I'll try painted 1"x6" boards with a 1" air gap because I have an abundance of secondhand material for cheap.

The lag between the abundance of cash and shortage of goods, will create inflation and in big time.

Most probably answer I can see is one concrete truck ran out of concrete mid pour and they had a second truck come in to finish the pour and the second truck's mix had a different level of water content or one truck had calcium chloride added to the crete - or there was a dye that got into one of the concrete batches.
