I am trying to figure out a better way to determine rental rates on a property when i am running numbers, lately i had been using rentometer and it would lockup after 10 tries, but someone mentioned if you went into incognito mode on chrome that it wouldn't know who you were and allow you to run 10 more, exit out of browser, go back into incognito mode again and get 10 more.. wash and repeat..Well.... as of a few days ago, this little trick stop working for some reason, so i have been trying to figure out a better way to judge these prices.. 

I was excited that Apartments has an app, but unfortunately the property management portion just opens a browser version in the app.

I just want to clarify if you are accessing the site on the mobile browser or the iOS app?

They have a mobile browser site which works fine for me and none of my tenants have had an issue but its not quite as nice as the TenantCloud app.- You can't set up a new amount on a lease to begin at a certain date. 

Dear developers, these browser incompatibility issues with tagging someone in editor is getting old...

My tenants have been amazing at how easy it was to use their resident portal (browser) or resident app (smart phone) to pay rent, access their ledger, see their lease, and make maintenance requests. 

Before you responded to this thread, I actually had two of your articles open in my browser. 

You could try browsing in a web browser.

Install a playback control add on to your browser and watch at 2x speed if it's ever too long winded. :-)
