@Bethany Anderson Maybe it's too late and you've moved on, but you may be able to qualify for a 5% down conventional loan, or plenty of other low down payment options depending on location and your income status.

I'm taking a similar approach to REI.A great book on niches is Long Tail by Chris Anderson.

@Rob Anderson yeah I misread that the first time through.

Anderson is still running the show at Green Tree Servicing you need to run away from them because they hire people that don't know anything about customer service or how to handle a file.
