The price points combined with incredibly low interest rates compared to the amount charged for a student room rental in the city center was pretty appealing.

While the cost of a system like this is high, I find it appealing to have all keyless entry to the building and units.

If they are insured and lose the case their insured will pay out assuming they don't want to appeal.

This is where I think it's important to improve condition and curb appeal, because that condition/upgrade premium could be used as support for an asking rent that is closer to the payment standard if nearby comps are lower quality and have lower rents.

If you have a good product and provide good service, you'll appeal to the masses and then you'll have a much higher quality tenant base.
