Happy Birthday!

The most ever combined family W2 earned income before taxes I have ever earned teaching at a parochial school and as an adjunct professor working approximately 60 hours a week is my current $80,000, including my wife and her $20,000 as a special Ed aide working 20 hours a week.After first investing in a little rental property in spring of 2011, now have by my birthday 109 front doors, 6 million in total RE and 2.5 million in net worth.  

I set a goal to become a full time real estate entrepreneur before my 40th birthday and started really pushing myself.During the last 3 years I have gotten my real estate license, flipped numerous properties including some very challenging ones, recently one of the flips had a $250k rehab budget which was, for me pretty risky. 

This month I celebrated my 44st birthday and my 1st wedding anniversary.

Now, they have ALL of my information that I put in my v-card... name, company name, address, e-mails, phone numbers, notes on what I'm looking for, birthday (so they get a reminder on their phone... just another way to stay in their mind), etc... much better than a card that gets lost or tossed.

My birthday is in TWO days (Aug 10th) so I'm excited to get ready to start making deals and taking a hold of my life at my age!

My wife and I leave Tuesday for Colorado, my big birthday trip for the year!  

So here I am, Okay, I just had another Birthday and finally realized that if I really want to do the things I dream about I really better get moving.

We are 6 ladies from different cities coming to celebrate our 30 year old birthdays!
