I can't speak to how true it actually is, but there is an (unfortunate and mostly untrue) stereotype that Korean men do not like investing in Real Estate, no matter how good the deal, and a pattern (this part is true, not a stereotype) of Ladies leading the way to success. :)The $100k that you're prepared to deploy is plenty to get started, if you wish to chat about it.
