In Singapore a standard Toyota Camry type vehicle will run you 50 to 70k.. and then the right to drive it cost another 90k for 10 year right.So basically 10 to 14k a year to drive.  

About after a 5 minute wait, one of the sonic employees comes out and starts telling everyone sitting in their vehicles, to please go through the drive through, as they only had 4 people working inside and that they wouldn't be able to serve everybody outside. 

Turnkey may not be as "glitzy" as some other investment vehicles, but solid cashflow with some appreciation gravy over time will make for a solid investment every time.

The risk of a complete loss, while small if adequate vetting is done, is certainly greater than many other investment vehicles and therefore always something to consider.

At the end of the day, if you understand the other investment vehicles available and you're making investments that you're comfortable with that's what matters.

The seller can not include abandoned property (vehicles, trailers, etc) if they are not the legal owner.Game cameras are a god send!

But each investment vehicle has its pros and cons.

If they have vehicles at location what can you do with those and how long do you have to keep them.

I'm not aware of another easily accessible vehicle which allows you to offset your income to such a large degree.
