Less than a year ago, I purchased a home from a rehabber (one of the ones that have a TV show).  

Real estate excites because of all of the good opportunities to learn about homes and the housing market.I currently have no hands on real estate experience but I have been reading books, cruising through the bigger pockets forums, analyzing deals on my leisure, and networking.I am currently looking to get my real estate license and will be starting classes in January 2017.

Chris made a big mistake by not pitching this whole idea to a reality TV show first.  

I think there/s another thread on here, started by someone about the TV flippers in ATL, who turned out to be a bit dodgy.

Their cooking, their TV shows, their romantic proclivities...you are going to hear, see and smell a lot of it. 

I personally doubt if they make enough of gap for him to get all excited but he did sound upbeat on national TV.
