I signed a legal binding contract and my realtor is being very evasive saying it can either go fine or go terrible I’m nervous and sick to my stomach.

(These contractors exist) All the other contractors charge up to $200/door and may do a terrible job and take an hour or more.

Having a property condemed sounds terrible but I have seen a brand new home get condemed because the buyer moved in before a frost free hose bib was installed to get the final inspection.
