I'm struggling to find scenarios that seem reasonably profitable to buy and hold rental property.Here is a potential scenario that I came across.  

If she's interested, she'll gravitate to the business and share in the learning, the struggles and the rewards.

Leads are your raw material in this business and if you have only one way to mine that material (flipping paper) you will struggle to make positive ROI on your marketing budget.
