It'll include pages such as deal highlights, the deal analysis, cost of all products down to every dollar, and of course return simplified and detailed.For the lenders, when someone brings you a new deal to invest it, what are numbers/figures/details you need to see to continue to the next phase of the deal, to know if it's even worth your time?

You can't assume you can get the same rents with less product. 

like too many sites that are trying to sell RE products as an investment, they leave off many expenses.  

The HELOC product is a really powerful tool and I'm super psyched on it in the right scenarios, but for my personal circumstance right now I think it would make more sense to lock a fixed rate and get off variable.

These are the same people that still believe you get more productivity out of your employees when you keep track of how long they are at their desk....So while we might see a shift in the startup and small business space I don't see telecommuting taking hold until the generations of leaders and board members that we currently have in this country, over say 55 at the moment, are no longer in the workforce, or at least are no longer in control of company cultures.  

@Jared Carpenter It's good that you're taking this time to be productive and form a battle plan. 

The level of sophistication in equities is very high, many more variables at play and plenty of smart highly educated brains are chasing that asset class vis a vis Real estate.
