Hi All,As I look at my options to finance my first RE deal, I was researching the early withdrawal penalty from TSP (Federal equivalent to 401K) and just learned that I can take out a TSP loan with no penalty, no tax impact and just have to pay it off with interest (seems to be 4-5% range right now) within 60 months.

From what I have read on the BP forums on this topic it seems as if your best bet of achieving this is going through a smaller bank and not your typical larger national banks.

If we did split it four ways it would be over an acre per slice and it does seem to meet all the requirements (such as minimum lot width and road frontage etc.) for its current zoning as a four parcel set up.
