Is 160$ a month plus 400$ initial payment for pics and docs.

Can you post some pics of the outside and the interior so we could make a better judgement.It is very possible you could tank your reviews and leave a stigma on your property.

Also,  they quit signing leases and scanning tenants, so there's that too. 

If if lastly, my comment re Zillow Rentals regarding being integrated, meaning they ( Zillow ) takes application, does all back ground, credit , employment ( the prospective tenant can take pics of their paycheck stubs and upload for you to view )If you choose them, you can upload your lease or use their lease.

Oh, yeah, you don't really do much as a listing agent except pics and put it on the MLS. 

I would like to have things such as the rental applications, property vacancies (with pics and virtual tours), and the ability to accept payments online.
