He won't respond.

Case in point was when a particular loan officer responded to my inquiry on a pre-approval application that they had to check to see if the income from the rental counted when figuring my DTI ratio.

Thanks @Rick Santasiere, Account ClosedYesterday I submitted the offers, yes offers, to the seller's agent, she responded to me this morning and less than two hours later said the seller had summarily dismissed them.

I don't know anything about this.I'd seen it, I chose not to respond to it because I felt it wasn't relevant to the thread, as you're asking me to outline how you should invest your money over a variety of asset classes.  

Three days before her actual move in Day of July 1st she finally responds to a text.
