This would be for one personal residence though if we live through the process, have a great result  and learn a ton from it I can definitely see dipping a toe into Jay's big land development playground.

@Kyle Corbin & @Robert Graham from the paperwork that I've received there are 7 Section-8 families residing there out of 33 units, of which 3 are in need of renovation and the rest are occupied.

Goals are to discuss my clients and well as my goals over the next three months and beyond.Working with the local professionals would be a plus as I look to make our city better with fellow residents.

It's nice to have the steady stream of income and no hassle of turning it around, but now I need the cash (buying a personal residence).  

My plan would be to rent out all but one of the multi family units, whether it be du, tri, or 4-plex, and have the remaining one my "residence"
