In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Again, I'm sure they were trying to dum up business but maybe didn't think that post through enough. 

Is there a way to purchase a property as a business move with your LLC instead of doing it the conventional way?
