It's a great way to increase your net worth and these loans can also be used to pull cash out of a property as it appreciates allowing you to reinvest money into new deals.Happy to connect to discuss further. 

As the appraisal indicates a lesser value, you might discuss a price reduction with the seller.

Especially if you want to be a RE investor long term.

Hi All,As I look at my options to finance my first RE deal, I was researching the early withdrawal penalty from TSP (Federal equivalent to 401K) and just learned that I can take out a TSP loan with no penalty, no tax impact and just have to pay it off with interest (seems to be 4-5% range right now) within 60 months.
