I've got addresses all over the place in my truck,, on business cards ,random paper, etc..

So they ended up picking some random place in the middle as the venue. 

I've lived in a Class A, luxury student housing complex as well as houses.The way it worked at the luxury student housing complex was they charged per bed and offered services to pair people with random roommates as well.

Our dumpsters at flips always seem to acquire a neighbor’s random sofa or tube TV.

I was hoping something like emir at realtor.com but I'm not sure if that exists (I am an active NAR member).. closest I could find was info at email.realtor which I'm ehhhh about.Unfortunately emir at gmail.com or anything related to my name is not available unless I add a random number to it...Looking for suggestions. 

To be perfectly honest: when this comes up, half the time I refer someone to a quirky fellow I met a year and a half ago who answers HML scenarios same-day, the other half of the time I grab one of the random HML junk mailers out of the shred/recycle bin next to my desk that we get a zillion of per week.

I just didn't know if there is some kind of scam or something out there that maybe they are just trying to randomly trying to get money?  

I don't have personal experience with Section 8 either so don;t know which way it goes locally, but what worries me more is that apparently, the housing authority (at least the one here in our neck of the woods), can - and WILL - decide to reduce the approved rents seemingly at random (e.g. whenever they run out of money or face budget cuts).This has definitely kept me out of the Section 8 market
