I am currently stationed at fort benning.

It is most definitely a desirable area: there are new shopping centers (built this year), gas stations and other housing plans being built within a mile. 

Then I can just buy or rent a junky 1/1 in Fairbanks.Someone that was stationed in Fairbanks mentioned a 10:1 male to female ratio in Alaska, and a 6:1 ratio in Fairbanks.

In fact, they are just as likely as any other tenant to cause problems, including: failing to pay the rent; damaging the property; committing crimes (especially drugs); allowing their dog to damage the property or bite the neighbor; etc, etc, etc.

If I have to, I will go to the local business paper and/or one of our TV stations that gets involved in problems like this.

I have been employed in the oil and gas industry for the past 15 years and I'm currently stationed and writing from Angola, West Africa, and I feel like now is the right time to transition to REI.I have tried to educate myself as much as possible for the past couple of years on everything REI (fix n flip, fix n rent, wholesaling etc..)and continue doing so today.I have never done a flip before and I am hoping to network and meet someone locally that is willing to Partner/Mentor with me for my first flip.

In the beginning, I had much success with both small, local and/or AM radio stations.

It's built on a large lot, with panoramic ocean views, on the beach side of the freeway, close to the new San Clemente Outlets, and within blocks to Metrolink/Amtrak stations.

Ranier Route 1 corridor is our Plan B should I get transferred to another duty location from my current day job duty station in downtown DC.

I am in the Air Force and currently stationed in Del Rio TX.
