Retail workers?

We purchased our furnishings from a variety of sources - Amazon, Overstock, Goodwill, Craigslist, Bed Bath & Beyond and other local retailers.

Nice area priced retail but rent in the area makes the ROI decent.

I checked various costs for two common zip codes where I invest (vastly different parts of the country) and they were all consistently about 40% above what I typically pay.So, it's likely not just bad data for one set of zip codes...more likely, it's just retail pricing that is far above what many investors will pay.

I have a commercial retail building with 12 tenants currently.

If likely , do you expect to see a meaningful or massive increase in property taxes to make up for loss in state revenue? 

I have to agree that investors are more demanding than regular retail buyers and our price point may be a little lower. 

Well, I suggest that you dry your tears with the checks from the closed leads that you pass on to your retail agent friend/associate.I kid, but seriously, I'm still waiting to hear the drawbacks.
