He replied " I am out of the country and the lawyer will change the pricing on the contract and reach out to me" , O.K great, I informed the Title Company about the situation.

I’m sure it can be done with enough motivation and discipline, but the lawyer side of things simply doesn’t provide that enthusiasm for me.

I have contacted my lawyer to help with this situation and what my options are.

Current lawyer never returns calls ir emails and is taking forever which can cause me to lose deal.

Also, whenever you sell to non-accredited investors, even in a Rule 506 offering, the disclosure rules are more rigorous and stringent, so you should really consult a securities lawyer if this is your offering plan.

So I will give you the most unfulfilling answer that one could ever hope to receive on an internet forum: you should probably speak to a lawyer.

This allows for the greatest level of protection from both civil and federal lawsuit as well as tax mitigation.Granted you won't need that now and I highly recommend pulling in a lawyer to draw the documents up.

I would strongly recommend that you talk to a CPA and lawyer about this.
