You don't need to repaint every wall in the latest designer colors, swap out granite countertops with all new materials, and replace every appliance with the current top sellers between every tenant.If the tenant left after one year leaving you with nothing more than nominal "wear & tear", you're probably looking at touching up a few walls where they got scuffed (from moving furniture most likely), replacing a light bulb or two, and making some minor repairs.

Apparently you don't fear God that much.Bounce rent checks on me "sorry, we were changing accounts".Completely ignore my properties as they are just urban housing as everyone justs want the condo business on the beach and wear flip flops and dresses all day long, rather than rent a duplex properly, "what's that Mr Latest Applicant with an appalling credit history and evictions, we have the perfect house for you".

Latest Upate: Well, sadly, we filed for the eviction today for $121...The realtor and previous owner have fed the tenant false information (realtor hasn't even pulled the sign from the yard yet and we know he was there two days after closing).
