I would like to have a house in the beautiful rain forests of Costa Rica that has a main house with 3-4 smaller houses around it where my friends and I could stay and explore that beautiful country (by the way, the food alone is worth the trip). 

I'm looking for all the info needed to make a sound judgement on purchasing an investment property in that area.

East on the island, really close to the National Rain Forest that offers day hikes with amazing views also zip lining at the top.

On the application it isn't mandatory no but again when looking at a name people make judgement off of that also.

But you really need to know the property and situation to make a good judgement.

Accept s higher deposit and if they meet the income level and have no felonies or judgements I say go for it.

I then have a current bank account in addition to most recent known employment, if the need for a lien on the tenant becomes necessary post eviction or clean out should a judgement be necessary.

Hmm reading that topic seems that people are making judgement about his systems without actually knowing what it is and just knowing the "idea behind it".

But I was there in summer and I hear it rains more than Seattle.
