Hi everyone, as a new investor working a full time job with two little kids, wondering if any of you have experience investing through Crowdstreet and what your thoughts on that are?

I was interested if anyone has gone through a similar situation or have any suggestions for prevention.

From what I see it's not stellar in terms of population or job growth, but does look like it saw big price increases lately, I assume it's mainly population from Charlotte moving out to get more bang for their buck.If you're an investor with properties there I'd love to hear your thoughts on the market in general, how you see its potentail, the population I can expect as tenants, and things to pay attention to.

The average job around here pays 25-50k a year which is not going to be enough to bolster capital, and fix and flips get bought up fast. 

We met with a real estate agent, who suggested that we sell it "as is" which may earn us $200,000+.

Any advice, suggestion or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The first way is build a team large enough to do it all in house, now you have a crew lead who can go estimate time and materials to get jobs done.
