While we are here… are there any recommendations on when to inform the seller that you are looking to wholesale their property? 

Do you need to collect specific information about the tenant for the policy?

Our meetup was small but not only great fun but quite informative.

Other information: I currently AirBnB two of the bedrooms and that brings in about $1,400-$1,500 a month but I will not be able to continue to AirBnB the home once I move out because of the zoning regulations.

My question is, if I can read most of the information given at sessions, and network with people in my region, or social media, what is the benefit of taking 3-4 days off work and spending a couple grand (entrance, flight, food, lodging)?

Hi @Ivan Aldana, so you are a not really informed based on some of you statements.First off, COVID drove people to vacation at STRs all over the place, but especially in more rural areas where they can get away from it all.

You will never know everything, but you need to know enough to make an informed decision that fits with your goals and your level of risk.

And saying you will send an LOI without having any pro-forma information is probably producing an eye roll and a push of the delete button.
